FEBRUARY 14, 2026 — WEEK FOUR lowkey
What a week its been. I feel like these last couple of weeks have gone by so fast.
Monday, we hosted new Senior Missionaries again!!! This time, we only had about 10 cars but we met an old couple going to Japan!! They are going to be the mission doctors!! They are so cute and fun!! Then I don't really remember what we learned in class but I think we probably mogied the first point of the first lesson which is God is our loving Heavenly Father. I can write only about 3 - 4 sentences in the five minutes they give us to prepare. Its so hard to teach in Japanese because I don't know words so I can't make sentences. But our teachers keep saying that we are so advanced and that is so crazy the pace we are learning at. I don't feel like I am doing anything awesome but seeing my progress from my first day to now is insane. I haven't started dreaming in Japanese yet so that's a bummer. Tuesday, we listened to President Oaks devotional at BYU. It was good and I learned I need to be patient lol but i already knew that.
Tuesday, I also got my whole district to be in the choir. I swear there were like 400 missionaries singing in it. Every seat was full. I think everyone thought President Oaks was going to be talking to us.
Wednesday, I don't actually remember what happened. Oh yes, we got new roommates and they are so fun and cute. And they actually turn the lights off at night.
Thursday, I don't really remember either tbh. We taught Takako san! We taught her about Jesus. She kept saying this one word which we had no idea what it meant but we kept on being like yes exactly.
Friday, was a good day we taught Chalee!! Ah I just love her. We taught her the Book of Mormon and we invited her to read the Introduction Page. We also invited her to pray and read her Moroni 10:3-5. We also had District Council and we are being 100% obedient to all the standards. #its going to be fire.
Today, we went to the Temple and had morning class. We played two truths and a lie in Japanese. My sentences weren't very good. But I also made everyone Valentine's and they loved it. I love giving and sharing with everyone.
My mom sent me such yummy cookies.
