Guys, right now I'm writing this on Sunday night and let me just tell you how excited I am to go shopping. New pants     I am filled with so much joy. I haven't gone shopping in almost 4 months   AND MY MOM IS SENDING ME SO MANY BEAUTIFUL DRESSES (watch for them in a couple transfers LOL) (this is me after shopping, I loved it yay!) This week definitely was another week I have lived. It was kinda normal tbh? Except on Wednesday, we housed in the pouring rain. My coat is not water proof (shocker). Our shoes and pants were soaked it was so fun. And we had one lady try to give us an umbrella but we said it was okay. She knew a little about Christ but she had only gone to church (I don't know what church) a few times for a free meal. As we were talking, she was like that's a good thought, but that's not true. Week 11 and my first full week in Japan! Yay! I feel like I've lived like five lives this week.  I just want to say I'm so grateful for America #shoutoutamerica #iloveyouandmissyou.  This week we went to lots of inactive members houses. It's been cool to reshare the Gospel with them and just feel the overpowering love for them that God does. I feel like God has really been in all the details of my life this week. I'm in a pretty countryside area and there aren't many people, let alone anyone, who wants to hear our message. Everyday I pray and basically say Heavenly Father please just let one person hear our message. And since I've been doing that, we've had about one person everyday hear what we have to say. It's not something big but it's something #tendermercy.  I knew coming here wasn't going to be the easiest, and I knew people aren't as open to the Gospel but I feel like this is where I need to be. I'm finally in Japan! This last week has been INSANE!! Okay, so starting off Tuesday we had another apostle come talk to us. But I lowkey fell asleep, that is so my bad. We also said goodbye to all the Elders in the District #sosad  .  They are great missionaries!  Wednesday was a long day. We got up around 2:40 am, packed up the rest of our stuff and headed to the MTC travel office. We TURNED IN OUR PHONES and chargers and headed to the airport. Since we left so early the bus and trains don't run, so we got to ride in shuttles to the airport. We are so lucky fr. Then we got the airport around 4-5 am ish and sat at our gate. Our flight left Salt Lake at like 8 am and we landed in LAX. We had like a 3 hour layover so we did a bunch of stuff (not really). I had to ask someone what the time was cause I literally couldn't find it anywhere. Then we got on our flight to Tokyo. The flight was like 12 hours and I got such a good seat. Hello everyone!!!  This my last email from America!! Isn't that insane. Cause it's insane to me.  I got all my flight and travel plans and I leave bright and early at 3:30am, Wednesday, March 11, 2026.  First flight at 7 am and then I leave for Japan. This week has been a really good week. We did a lot of mogis we finished lesson three and started lesson four.  And boy lesson four in Japanese is hard lol. So many things to talk about but I just don't have the vocabulary for it (yet).  One thing I'm getting better at is doing mogis with no notes. Honestly having notes is harder then without them. But without notes you actually teach from the heart and that's what will touch peoples lives.  This week we had an amazing devotional and one thing I loved was -- fear not to do good. Week 6 hooray!!  Hello みなさん!!!  I've officially hit 6 weeks here, which is insane!! I feel so lucky to be a representative of Jesus Christ. Like, isn't that so awesome?  However I am sick of the food (everyone says they hate the beds, but I like them). Sunday, I sang at church!! I was lowkey very nervous, but it ended up being great lol. Our devotionals were good. Nothing new, but I do like the resource in the Gospel Library in the Book of Mormon where it shows all the references to topics. That is very helpful.  Tuesday night's devotion was very good. They talked about how it's okay to not know everything right now. That's why we are on earth right now to learn and grow!!!  Sister Harris has been saying it's not you + everything = Jesus. Its you + Jesus = everything. I need to be quicker at turning to Jesus. He literally is here to help us, so why am I so slow to ask for his help? He will make up the difference and magnify my effort 10x!!!  We got to host ...
